Real Time Call Handling Feedback and Reports

Immediate real time visual feedback of inbound call handling is provided by the PhonePresence Supervisor Console. The Supervisor Console is a Windows based application that runs on the PC of a Call Centre Supervisor.

The number and duration of calls in the queue can be displayed in real time on a wall mounted monitor such as a large plasma screen.

Agent Status

Real time agent status can be displayed including call status and call duration information which can be useful in highlight individual problems.

A real time recent call list is continually updated.

Supervisor Console Connectivity

The Supervisor Console is an event driven application that connects to PhonePresence data via industry standard XMPP, ensuring it's simple to configure through corporate firewalls and networks.
