Combining existing phones into a comprehensive virtual switchboard is available for FREE via PhonePresence Lite. You can provide business callers with a professional call experience without the costs usually associated with setting up and maintaining a switchboard.

It's a simple and quick process to set up PhonePresence Lite using the online signup. The service can then be maintained by the intuitive web interface.

Adding more users and features is available via service upgrade e.g. PhonePresence SBE and PhonePresence Corporate through to PhonePresence Call Centre.

0844 and 0871 Switchboard

PhonePresence Lite is available at two levels:

Phonepresence Lite - 0844
Customers call your business using an 0844 number with the calls being directed to any UK landline and certain international destinations offered during the signup process. Calls are charged to the caller at 5 pence per minute including VAT.
0844 International Destinations

Phonepresence Lite Mobile - 0871
Customers call your business using an 0871 number with calls being directed to any UK landline or mobile and certain international destinations provided during the signup process. The international range of 0871 exceeds that of the 0844 offering. Calls are charged to the caller at 10 pence per minute including VAT.
0871 International Destinations

Additional international destinations are available using a Safe Number personal phone number.

Switchboard Features

Users be members of a number of different groups, such as sales or support and log in and out of each individually.

Callers can be queued when a group is busy and diverted to voicemail or an overflow group after a predetermined time lapse.

Call handling can be automatically switched to another configuration for out of hours calls, or callers can be directed to voicemail, with messages automatically forwarded via email.

The feature set is essentially the same for both versions of PhonePresence Lite:

Users

    5 user accounts (including the Administrator)
    Voicemail option with SMS notification and delivery to Email

Groups

    4 groups (including the 'Operator')
For each group, the following options are available:
Set the maximum time callers are held in a queue
Voicemail with SMS notification
Call distribution
Play callers a queue position message

Timer

    7 day auto timer switching operation: Day/Night and Weekend/Holiday modes.

Support

    Support is via email or phone during office hours only.

PhonePresence Lite will answer your callers in the company name, and direct them to the most suitable person for their enquiry. PhonePresence Lite's menu system gives your company a call handling system like those of much larger companies.
